WASHINGTON - Georgetown women's tennis went 1-2 in its matches over the weekend from Friday, February 9 - Sunday, February 11, in West Point, New York. The Hoyas were defeated 4-0 by Army and 4-1 by UMass, but defeated Mercer 4-2. 

In singles, Emily Novikov, Avantika Willy and Ashley Kennedy all defeated their opponents to help clinch the Hoya victory over Mercer. Paige Gilbert earned the lone Hoya victory over UMass. 

In doubles, the Hoya duos of Chloe Bendetti and Katie Garofolo-Ro and Tatiana Zelenko and Olivia Ashton earned wins in their match against Mercer.

Georgetown is now 3-6 on the season.
