WASHINGTON - Georgetown softball returns to action this weekend at the Furman Invitational in Greenville, South Carolina. The Hoyas will be joined by four other schools competing in the event, including Furman, Towson, IUPUI and Lipscomb.
The Hoyas will open the tournament on Friday, February 16, at 11:30 a.m. against Lipscomb before competing against IUPUI at 4:30 p.m. The Blue & Gray will play another two games on Saturday, February 17, first, a rematch against IUPUI 2 p.m. and then a match against the host, Furman, at 7 p.m. Georgetown will conclude the tournament on Sunday, February 18, at 11:30 a.m. against Towson.
