WASHINGTON - Georgetown Softball will play its home opener on Wednesday, March 6 against Boston College at noon and UMass Lowell at 3 p.m. at the Washington Nationals Youth Academy.

Scouting Boston College

• Boston College is currently 10-7 on the season.

• The Golden Eagles are coming off a three game series at the University of Virginia where they went 1-2.

• BC defeated Georgetown 3-0 earlier this season at the FGCU Classic.

Scouting UMass Lowell

• UML currently holds a record of 2-10 on the season.

• The River Hawks competed at the Towson DeMarini Invite last weekend where they went 1-2.

• This marks the first time Georgetown faces UMass Lowell since 2017.
