WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University women's rowing team took fourth with 36 points at the Patriot League Championships on Friday in Cherry Hill, New Jersey on the Cooper River. All three boats advanced to the grand final, and a third-place finish from the second varsity eight boat marked the fifth time in program history that a team crew had medaled at the championship. It was also just the second time in program history that an 8+ boat has medaled.
