Hoyas to Host Final Series of the Season Against UCONN

WASHINGTON - Georgetown softball will play its final three-game series of the season at home against UConn at the Washington Nationals Youth Academy. First pitches are slated for 3 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 4 and noon on Sunday, May 5.

The Hoyas will celebrate Senior Day at their game on Saturday, May 4. The Hoyas will recognize Kiaris Alvarado Rojas, Julia Parker, Camryn Wincher, and Maicie Levitt for their contributions to Georgetown softball.

About the Hoyas

  • The Hoyas hold a record of 14-30 on the season and 4-17 in league play. 

  • Georgetown last competed against George Washington on Tuesday, April 30, defeating the Revolutionaries 2-1.

  • Dayanara Campos currently leads the team in hits with 38 and batting average with an average of .330.
