WASHINGTON – Head Coach Tommy Hunter has named Max Hutter and Jacob Finard as captains of the Georgetown men's golf team for the 2024-25 season. This marks the second-consecutive term of leadership for Hutter and Finard.

Finard's 2023-24 Season Review
- Recognized as a 2023-24 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar.
- Received GCAA All-America Scholar recognition.
- Maintained a 73-stroke average.
- Tied for 17th overall at last season's BIG EAST Championships, recording rounds of 79, 71, and 73.
- Tied for 15th place after posting rounds of 71, 76, and 70 at the Princeton Invitational.
- Placed 16th overall at the Georgetown Intercollegiate with rounds of 75, 71, and 76.
Hutter's 2023-24 Season Review
- Recognized as a 2023-24 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar.
- Received GCAA All-America Scholar recognition.
- Maintained a 74-stroke average.
- Recorded scores of 72, 79, and 73 at the 2024 BIG EAST Championships, finishing in a tie for 21st place overall.
- Secured a tie for 11th place with rounds of 74, 69, and 64 at the Doc Gimmler Intercollegiate.
- Tied for 12th at the Rutherford Invitational with scores of 76, 74, and 69.
- Earned a tie for 15th place at the Princeton Invitational with rounds of 76, 71, and 70.
- Finished in a tie for 15th place with rounds of 78, 72, and 69 at the Macdonald Cup.
