WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's track & field program concluded competition on Saturday, January 25, at the Hokie Invitational in Blacksburg, Virginia, at Rector Field House.

RESULTS

Georgetown Men's Results

• Men's 300m: Joshua Davenport ran a 34.37 to earn him a fourth-place finish in the event. Nicholas Givan finished in ninth place with a time of 34.73.
• Men's 400m: Micah McKenzie ran a 50.43 in the event.
• Men's 600m: Matthew Griffin won the event with a time of 1:21.33 with Joshua Peron right behind him in second place with a time of 1:23.00
• Men's 800m: David Flaig placed third with a mark of 1:54.10 and Daniel McCarthy finished in fourth (1:54.72).
• Men's Mile: Derek Fearon completed the mile with a time of 4:13.55.
• Men's Long Jump: Roberto Terrell Jr. jumped for a mark of 6.82m (22-4.25) to place fifth.

Georgetown Women's Results

• Women's 300m: Rebecca Ochan claimed second place with a time of 38.51. Jadah Fitzgerald placed fourth with a time of 39.71. 
• Women's 400m: KC Ashiogwu ran a 57.82 to take 10th place.
• Women's 600m: Melissa Riggins earned second place with a time of 1:28.54, while Charlotte Tomkinson secured fourth, finishing in 1:30.96.
• Women's 3000m: Chloe Scrimgeour and Lucy Jenks delivered an impressive 1-2 finish, with Scrimgeour securing first place in 9:27.02 and Jenks close behind at 9:27.25.
• Women's Mile: Lucy Jenks took sixth with a time 4:44.94.
• Women's DMR: The Georgetown B team finished in third place with a time of 11:51.46.
• Women's 4x400: The team of Jadah Fitzgerald, Ochan, Ashiogwu, and Abbie Huey took home fourth place with a time of 3:43.29
• Women's Long Jump: Paris Coleman jumped for a mark of 5.31m (17-5.25).
