No. 16 Georgetown Hosts DePaul for Saturday Evening Matchup
WASHINGTON – The No. 16 Georgetown University women's soccer team will host DePaul on Saturday, October 11. Kickoff is slated for 5 p.m. at Shaw Field.

- Georgetown (9-2-2, 5-0 BE) defeated St. John's 4-0 on Saturday evening securing the Hoyas' fifth win of the conference slate. Natalie Means had a goal and two assists with Henley Tippins having two goals and an assist and Maja Lardner adding a goal and an assist in the contest.
- Last week, Natalie Means tallied three goals against Butler and a goal and two assists against St. John's, earning her the BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week. While also being named to the Top Drawer Team of the Week.
- Cara Martin had two shutouts and two saves, earning her the BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week. Martin has logged 1153:55 in goal for the Blue & Gray and boasts a 0.702 goals-against average. The reigning BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Year has four shutouts on the campaign and 30 saves to her credit.
- The Blue & Gray ranks first in the BIG EAST in corners per game (6.77). Martin is second in the conference in minutes played in goal (1153:55). Shay Montgomery is second in the conference in total assists (7) and is second in the conference in shot accuracy (0.577).
- Dating back to 2021, Georgetown boasts a BIG EAST record of 32-2-9 and secured the regular season title in 2022, 2023 and 2024. GU won the BIG EAST Championship in three of the past four seasons (2021, 2022, 2023).

- DePaul (3-8-1, 0-3-1 BE) is coming off of a 4-1 loss against Marquette on Saturday evening.
- Katelyn Jamie paces the DePaul offense with three goals, and six points on the season.
