Georgetown Football Travels to Lehigh

WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University football team (5-3, 2-1 PL) will travel to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to take on Patriot League foe Lehigh (8-0, 3-0 PL) on Saturday, November 1. Kickoff is slated for noon at Goodman Stadium.

ABOUT THE HOYAS
  • Last weekend, Naiteitei Mose returned an interception with 12 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter to help the Georgetown football team capture a 31-24 road victory over Bucknell.
  • Mose was named Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week for his game-winning performance at Bucknell. 
  • Savion Hart led the GU offense with 21 runs for 116 yards and two touchdowns.
  • On the season, Jimmy Kibble leads GU receivers with 720 yards and three touchdowns. Kibble now has 2,311 career receiving yards and is fourth in program history.

  • Lehigh is coming off a 27-6 victory in the Bronx against Patriot League opponent Fordham. 
  • On the season, Quarterback Hayden Johnson has completed 112-181 passes for 1579 yards and 12 touchdowns. 
  • Geoffrey Jamiel leads Lehigh receivers with 47 receptions for 724 yards and four touchdowns. 
  • Luke Yoder leads the ground game with 126 rushes for 846 yards and seven touchdowns. 
  • Brycen Edwards leads the defense with 65 tackles (42 solo, 23 assists).
ABOUT THE MATCHUP
  • Georgetown and Lehigh will meet for the 29th time in program history. The Hoyas are 7-20 against the Mountain Hawks.
