WASHINGTON – Georgetown University football senior defensive lineman Chigozie Oge-Evans was named to the 2026 Preseason All-Patriot League Football Team, as announced by the league on Thursday.
The Hoyas were also voted tied for eighth in the 2026 Patriot League Preseason Poll with Fordham and ahead of Bucknell in 10th

- Started all 12 games on the defensive line in the 2025 season.
- Named to the 2025 All-Patriot League Second Team on defense.
- Registered career highs with 27 total tackles, including 18 solo stops and nine assisted tackles.
- Recorded four sacks for 26 yards lost.
- Added one pass breakup and one forced fumble.
- Has appeared in 22 career games, totaling 44 tackles for the Blue & Gray.
