Dani Koo was named the BIG EAST Freshman of the Week on Monday after an impressive performance at the CSU Kickoff in Charleston, South Carolina this past weekend.

BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
- Koo started in all five contests for the Hoyas, where she batted .316 (6-19) with two homers and three RBIs.
- Koo had a hit in four of GU's five games at the CSU kickoff and had multiple hits in two of those contests.
- On Saturday against Bellarmine, Koo hit the first home run of her collegiate career, which drove in two of the Blue & Gray's eight runs in that game.
- In the very next game against Charleston Southern, Koo homered again and tallied two hits in a 15-7 offensive explosion for the Hoyas.
