WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's track & field program wrapped up day four at the NCAA East First Round in Jacksonville, Florida. The meet was highlighted by Chloe Scrimgeour claiming her second qualification for the national championships in the 5000m and Charlotte Tomkinson earning a bid to nationals in the 1500m.

Women's 1500: Tomkinson ran a 4:10.92, a personal best, to claim a 12th-place finish and a qualification for the finals in Eugene.

Women's Steeplechase: Barrett Justema placed 18th overall with a personal-best time of 10:08.57.

Women's 5000: Chloe Scrimgeour punched another ticket to nationals with a time of 15:28.65, placing third in heat one and seventh overall. Almi Nerurkar ran a personal-best time of 15:45.73, a time just shy of a qualification for the next round.
