WASHINGTON – Georgetown's Maja Lardner was named to the 2025 Women's Hermann Trophy Watch List as announced by United Soccer Coaches on Thursday afternoon. The Hermann Trophy is the highest honor an individual can achieve at the collegiate soccer level for both men and women and is presented annually by the Missouri Athletic Club. The Trophy winner is decided upon by the Division I coaches who are members of United Soccer Coaches.

• Lardner is one of 43 players named to the watch list for the 2025 season.
• The graduate student was also named to the United Soccer Coaches' 2025 NCAA Division I Women's Players to Watch – Forwards list.
• The Dallas, Texas native was also named a TopDrawerSoccer top 100 player coming in at #27 nationally.
• Lardner was named the BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Year in 2024 and earned a spot on the All-BIG EAST First Team after tallying 11 goals and seven assists.
• The forward is the first Hoya to land on the preseason watch list since Julia Leas in 2023. Leas went on to be named a semifinalist for the award for the second-consecutive season before finishing her illustrious career on the Hilltop.
