OCALA, Fla. -The Georgetown University men's and women's swimming & diving teams earned nine medals and broke three program records on day three of the BIG EAST Championships Presented by Jeep on Friday evening. The men are currently in first with 585.5 points, while the women sit at third with 881 points.

HOYA HIGHLIGHTS
- In the 100 fly, Owen Watkins captured first place and set a school record with a time of 46.44.
- Heidi Wu finished in third place in the 400 IM with a time of 4:21.99.
- In the 400 IM, Ben Tunila came in fourth place by beating his prelim time by two seconds (3:53.91).
- Lila Connor finished in fourth place in the 200 free with a time of 1:50.01.
- In the 200 free, Tre Cottrell captured second place with a time of 1:37.06.
- The Hoyas dominated the podium In the 100 breaststroke. Nick Pezzella took first with a time of 53.95, Bailey De Luise took second with a time of 54.19, followed by Michael Mostofi in third with a time of 54.68.
- Daren Chen finished in second place in the 100 backstroke with a time of 48.86. Â
- The 400 medley relay team of  Wu, Angelica Reali, Bella Dimaculangan and Madeline Malone placed third and set a school record with a time of 3:41.14. Wu also set a school record with a time of 25.83 in the backstroke leg of the relay.Â
- Isaac Holtham, Pezzella, Watkins and Cottrell placed second in the 400 medley relay with a time of 3:14.56.
