WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University men's golf team started the spring 2026 season tying for ninth at the Babygrande Donald Ross Collegiate in a competitive 20-team field at Mid-Pines Golf Club in Southern Pines, North Carolina. The Hoyas posted rounds of 282, 304 and 293 (+15) on the par-72, 6,657 yard tournament for a 54-hole total of 879. Leading the Blue & Gray, Barnes Blake secured a top-10 finish, placing sixth overall at 4-under par.
HOYA RESULTS
- Erick paced the Blue & Gray with a standout performance, securing a sixth-place finish. The junior posted rounds of 72, 71 and 69 (-4).
- CJ Winchenbaugh finished tied for 44th at 6-over par with scores of 66, 81 and 75.
- Carson Erick placed T49 with scores of 72, 78 and 73 (+7).
- Drew Schauenberg wrapped up the event nine-over par at T68 with scores of 72, 77 and 76.
- Alan Rose rounded out the Hoyas T76 place with an 11-over par performance.
