WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's women's openweight rowing team travels to Raleigh, North Carolina, this weekend for the competitive Lake Wheeler Invitational. The two-day regatta, co-hosted by Duke and North Carolina, will take place on Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25.
The Hoyas enter the weekend following a productive trip to the Severn River, highlighted by a Varsity Four victory over Navy. At Lake Wheeler, Georgetown will face a deep national field, providing a critical opportunity to gauge speed against top-tier programs as the spring season reaches its peak.
Fans can follow the action live, as streaming for the regatta will be available on ESPN+.
