Five Hoyas Named USILA All-Americans

WASHINGTON – Five Georgetown University men's lacrosse standouts earned United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association All-America honors, as announced by the governing body on Thursday. Ty Banks was named a USILA Second Team All-Americans while Jake Bickel, Liam Connor, Rory Connor and Anderson Moore all earned USILA Honorable Mention All-America recognition.

USILA Second Team All-American
Banks earns his third-straight USILA All-America honor and is a Second Team All-American for the second year in a row after leading Georgetown's defense to allow just 9.88 goals per game. As Georgetown's top cover defenseman, he was credited with 23 caused turnovers to go with 27 ground balls on the season while adding a goal and an assist on the offensive end. Banks led a Georgetown defense that held its opponents to single digit goals in nine of their 16 games this season. He was previously named the 2026 BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Year for the second-straight season, a unanimous First Team All-BIG EAST for the third year in a row and earned a spot on the BIG EAST All-Tournament Team.

USILA Honorable Mention All-American
Bickel had a breakout campaign in his first season on the Hilltop, scoring 18 goals to go with 11 assists for 29 points in 15 games. He tallied a career-high four goals against Loyola and had a career-best six points (3G, 3A) against St. John's. Bickel was named the BIG EAST Freshman of the Year and was a Second Team All-BIG EAST selection. He is just the seventh Hoya to earn USILA All-America recognition as a freshman.

USILA Honorable Mention All-American
In his first season with the Hoyas, Connor put together one of the most productive campaigns in program history. He scored 22 goals to go with 54 assists for 76 points and led the NCAA in assists per game. Connor's 76 points are sixth-most in a season all-time at Georgetown while his 54 assists set the single season Hoyas record. He was also a unanimous First Team All-BIG EAST selection and was named the BIG EAST Tournament Most Outstanding Player.

USILA Honorable Mention All-American
Connor impressed in his lone season on the Hilltop. The unanimous BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Year, he scored 54 goals with 14 assists for 68 points in 16 games. Connor scored in every game this season, including multiple goals in 13 games and at least 11 hat tricks with seven goals in a game twice. A Tewaaraton Award Nominee, he became just the eighth Hoya in program history to score 50 goals in a season.
 
Anderson Moore

USILA Honorable Mention All-American
Moore earns his third-straight USILA Honorable Mention All-American honor in 2026. He posted a 9.89 goals-against average to go with 194 saves and a .556 save percentage in 16 games this season. Moore collected double-digit saves in all but one game, including a season-high 15 against Virginia in the NCAA First Round. He was also named Second Team All-BIG EAST and to the BIG EAST All-Tournament Team.
