WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's field hockey team has released its 2026 schedule, as announced by Head Coach Christy Banks on Monday. The Hoyas will once again play their home games on campus at Kehoe Field.
 
The Hoyas open the 2026 campaign with four-straight weekends on the road. Georgetown kicks off the season with a pair of games in North Carolina at Davidson and App State the weekend of August 28-30 before taking on Towson and Lock Haven on the road the next weekend, September 4-6.
 
Another road trek awaits the Blue & Gray the weekend of September 11-13, traveling down to Richmond to face the Spiders and William & Mary on Friday and Sunday, respectively, both hosted by Richmond. Georgetown wraps up its road swing a week later to face Temple in the BIG EAST opener on September 18 and Rider on September 20.
 
Georgetown's home opener will be against Providence on Friday, September 15 before making a return trip to Richmond on September 17 to face VCU.
 
Kicking things off in October, the Hoyas travel to the City of Brotherly Love to face BIG EAST rival Villanova on Friday, October 2 before battling Drexel on Sunday, October 3 A league matchup at Liberty awaits GU on Friday, October 9 before returning to the friendly confines of Kehoe Field to host Colgate on Sunday, October 11.
 
Senior Day for Georgetown will be against UConn on Friday, October 16 while the Hoyas remain in the District for a quick trip up Foxhall Road to play at American on Sunday, October 18.
 
A lone game the next weekend at Delaware on Sunday, October 25 sets up the regular season finale at home against Old Dominion on Friday, October 30.
