WASHINGTON – Georgetown volleyball heads to Winston-Salem, North Carolina for a three-match road swing at the Wake Forest Invitational, running Sept. 4-6 at Reynolds Gymnasium. The Hoyas will square off against Central Florida, Davidson, and host Wake Forest over the weekend.

About the Hoyas
- Head Coach AJ Bonetti enters his fourth season at the helm following a 14-15 campaign last year, which included a 7-9 finish in BIG EAST play.
- Georgetown opened the season 2-1 at the DC Challenge, securing 3-1 victories over American and George Mason before falling 3-0 to Northwestern.
- The Hoyas average 12.36 kills and 11.91 assists per set offensively, while collecting 14.82 digs and 2.59 blocks per set on defense.
- Preseason All-BIG EAST selection Kamryn Lee-Caracci leads the attack with 29 kills (2.64 per set) alongside a .481 hitting percentage that ranks fourth in the conference.
- Dionna Mitchell shares the team lead in kills with 29 (2.64 per set), followed by Katherine McGregor with 25 (2.27 per set) and Grace Albaugh with 21 (2.33 per set).
- Juleigh Urbina paces the offense with 57 assists (5.18 per set), while Natalie Nguyen has added 50 (4.55 per set). Urbina also holds a team-high five service aces, ranking fourth in the BIG EAST.
- Graduate transfer Bella McGirr leads the defense with 48 total digs and a 4.36 digs-per-set average, with both marks ranking fourth in the conference.
- Lee-Caracci (12) and Berkeley Ploder (11) lead the net defense in double-digit blocks, both averaging over one block per set.
- Georgetown welcomes four freshmen this season: Lexi Anderson, Avery Lewis, Addie Lloyd and Olivia Penske.
