WASHINGTON, DC ? The No. 2-ranked Georgetown University women?s lacrosse team will meet the No. 7 University of Maryland Terrapins on Wednesday, April 7, at Ludwig Field in College Park, Md. The game is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. and will be televised live on College Sports TV (CSTV). Georgetown alum and lacrosse standout, Sheehan Stanwick (C ?01), will be announcing the game.
The Hoyas enter the game with a 7-1 overall record (3-0 BIG EAST) and are coming off a 14-3 victory over No. 13 North Carolina on Sunday, April 4. The Terrapins come into the contest with a 9-2 overall record (0-2 ACC). Maryland registered a 19-4 win over Denver on April 1.
