Opening draw at Sentara Park is scheduled for 4 p.m.

The Hoyas are coming off a dominant 19-1 victory over Xavier on Saturday at Cooper Field. After conceding an early goal, Georgetown's defense held the Musketeers scoreless for the final 59 minutes of play while the offense exploded for 19 unanswered tallies. ABOUT THE DUKES
James Madison enters the week with a 7-6 record, recently coming off a high-scoring 20-10 victory over Charlotte on April 4. The Dukes' offense is paced by Payton Root, who leads the team with 55 points and 35 assists, alongside Olivia Matthews (33 pts) and Jordan Peterson (33 pts). Kaitlyn Carney and Brianna Mennella have also been key contributors to an attack that has totaled 158 goals on the season.
Defensively, JMU is anchored by Olivia Rongo (41 GB and 44 CT). In net, Abigail Beattie has started all 13 contests, recording 73 saves for the Dukes.
SERIES HISTORY
Wednesday marks the 18th meeting between the Hoyas and the Dukes in a series that dates back to 1991. Georgetown holds a 10-7 advantage in the all-time series, though James Madison has won the last three meetings. The Blue & Gray will be looking for its first victory in Harrisonburg since 2006. The two programs last met in 2025, where the Dukes secured a win despite a six-goal performance from Driggs.
