WASHINGTON, D.C. - Sophomore outfielder Kristi Preuss (LaPlata, Md./LaPlata) was named to the UNC-Chapel Hill All Tournament team at the conclusion of the tournament on Sunday. Preuss went 5-for-12 with three runs and two RBI's, helping the Hoyas go 1-3 and putting up the team's top two offensive performances of the season.

This marks the first time Preuss has been named to an all tournament team. Against Princeton on Friday, Preuss went 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI. On Saturday, Preuss helped the Hoyas to victory with a 2-for-3 day with a run and one RBI.

On the season Preuss is third on the team, batting .281 (9-for-32) with one home run and four RBI's.
