WASHINGTON -

The Georgetown women's lacrosse program will host its semi-annual alumni game on Friday evening at 7:30 p.m., at Multi-Sport Field. The event is part of Homecoming Weekend and will include the game as well as a number of socials which will follow. All women's lacrosse alumni are encouraged to attend.

The game will be on Multi-Sport Field beginning at 7:30 p.m., after a one-year hiatus it is back as one of the main lacrosse events during Homecoming Weekend. Those interested in playing should contact Assistant Coach Michi Ellers ('04) at mje4@georgetown.edu. A tailgate for all lacrosse alums will follow.

On Saturday, the women's lacrosse alumni will host a tailgate at 11 a.m., before the Homecoming Football game featuring Georgetown and Howard University. Those attending should contact Ellers for more information. If interested in attending the game only, tickets can be purchased online at www.GUHoyas.com.

Finally, on Saturday evening the team will host its annual banquet at 6:30 p.m., at Leavey Center. All six major awards for the 2009 season will be given out as the Hoyas welcome back the Class of 2009.
