WASHINGTON - Georgetown University women's lacrosse goalkeeper Caitlin Formby (Townson, Md./Notre Dame Prep) was named to this week's BIG EAST Honor Roll after an outstanding game against No. 14 Notre Dame. She is the third Hoya this season to earn a nod to the Honor Roll.

Formby had seven saves and one ground ball as the No. 15 Hoyas defeated the Fighting Irish 12-10 on Saturday. She played the entire 60 minutes and came up with some magnificent saves at the end of the game to hold on for the victory.

With the win, as well as a victory over Connecticut on Monday, Georgetown is now 4-5 overall and 2-0 in the BIG EAST to sit in first place in the conference.

The Blue & Gray has an important road trip coming up with Cincinnati and Louisville both on the slate this weekend. Georgetown will play at Cincinnati on Friday and then travel to Louisville for another conference matchup on Sunday.
