WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University swimming & diving team is currently in Southern California for its annual winter training trip. The Hoya women took a break from their practice schedule on Friday afternoon to take on Pepperdine University in a dual meet. Georgetown returned to competition after more than a month and cruised past the Waves, 178-114, at Pepperdine's Raleigh Runnels Memorial Pool.

The Hoyas won all 16 competitions, including sweeping the top three spots in five different events. The Blue & Gray earned individual wins from 12 different swimmers and registered 50 top-five finishes.
