WASHINGTON - Georgetown University junior Daniel Bucaro (East Setauket, N.Y./Ward Melville) was named to the BIG EAST Men's Lacrosse Weekly Honor Roll, as announced by the league office on Monday. Bucaro led the Hoyas in scoring in their lone game of the week.

With a team-high five goals, Bucaro paced the Blue & Gray in a 9-8 overtime loss on the road at Marquette in the BIG EAST opener. He has scored multiple goals I nseven games this season with at least five goals twice.

Bucaro is currently tied for the BIG EAST lead with 5.00 points per game, is second with 3.38 goals per game and third in assist per game with 1.62 an outing.

The Hoyas return to action on Saturday as they host No. 3/3 Denver on the Hilltop at noon.
