WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University women's lacrosse program will be hosting a fundraiser clinic on Saturday, Oct. 6 at the Mitchel Athletic Complex in Uniondale, New York. All proceeds for the clinic will go directly toward the team's 2019 Foreign Tour. This clinic fundraiser is sponsored by the Georgetown Alumni.
The clinic will include sessions taught by the Georgetown coaching staff as well as players. It will cover offense, defense, draw specialty and individual goalie work.
Players in grades 6-12 grade are welcome and the cost is $100 per person. The clinic will be capped at 120 players.
A detailed schedule will be announced shortly and the clinic will be coupled with a Hoya fall game at Hofstra on Sunday.
Players should bring a stick, goggles, mouth-guard, turf shoes, water bottle and goalie equipment (if applicable).
