Bundy Jr. Named to 2022 U.S. Men’s U21 World Championship Roster

WASHINGTON – Georgetown University All-American Graham Bundy Jr. has been selected as one of 23 men's lacrosse players to represent the United States at the upcoming 2022 World Lacrosse Men's U21 World Championship. The event will take place August 10-20, 2022 in Limerick, Ireland.

Originally a U19 event scheduled for 2020, the World Championship has been postponed twice because of the global COVID-19 pandemic. World Lacrosse has since increased the age grouping to U20 permanently with a one-year exception to U21 for the 2022 championship due to the postponements. The U.S. has won all eight previous men's championships at the U19 age grouping, winning in 1988, 1992, 1996, 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012 and 2016.

Along with the United States, 22 other countries will compete in Ireland including Australia, Canada, China, Chinese Taipei, Czech Republic, England, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Iroquois Nationals, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Kenya, Korea, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Puerto Rico, Sweden, Uganda and Wales.
