WASHINGTON – The Georgetown men's rowing team competed in the Princeton 3-Mile Chase today at Lake Carnegie in New Jersey today. The Hoyas had nine boats compete in the regatta with three boats finishing in the top-10.
- In the lightweight 8+ race, Georgetown A finished 8th with a time of 14:02.042 and Georgetown B finished 11th at 14:11.770.
- In the men's 8+ race, Georgetown crossed the finish at 14:16.339 to place 13th.
- In the men's 4x, Georgetown took fifth with a time of 14:55.460.
- With back-to-back finishes, Georgetown A and B placed 25th and 26th with times of 15:56.094 and 16:00.776, respectively. Georgetown C trailed just behind and crossed the finish at 17:46.659.
- The men's 2- narrowly missed first place as they finished just over a second behind Princeton A to take second with a time of 9:15.914.
