WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's men's golf team finished tied for eighth at the Princeton Invitational with a 54-hole score of +22 874. The two-day, three-round tournament was played at the par-71 6,456 yard Springdale Golf Club.

Senior captain Brad Whitaker was GU's top scorer as he tied for 27th with scores of 71, 72 and 74.

Senior captain Will O'Neill finished tied for 31st with scores of 72, 73 and 73.

Freshman Charlie Creamean also tied for 31st with scores of 74, 74 and 70.

Freshman Jacob Finard tied for 46th with scores of 73, 73 and 76.

Junior Pieter DeGroot finished tied for 69th with scores of 78, 73 and 80.
Tournament Leaders

Princeton won the tournament (-7, 845), the Princeton B team finished second (-6, 846) and Seton Hall (E, 852) to round out the top three.
