WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University baseball team will look to build upon its second nine-homer game of the season when it heads to Omaha, Nebraska to take on the Creighton Bluejays at Charles Schwab Field Omaha, home of the NCAA College World Series, beginning on Friday, April 7.
First pitch for Friday's contest is 7:30 p.m. ET, followed by a 3 p.m. ET game on Saturday, April 8 and a noon ET contest on Sunday, April 9.

ABOUT THE HOYAS
- Georgetown has been on fire over the last five games, going 4-1 over that stretch and hitting a program-record nine homers in a single game against both Coppin State and Maryland Eastern Shore. As a team, the Hoyas are slashing .308/.431/.773 with 24 home runs and 49 tallies.
- Reigning BIG EAST Player of the Week Ubaldo Lopez cemented himself in the Hoya record book with four home runs against the Hawks on Tuesday while also serving up the most homers in a game since the BIG EAST realignment in 2014.
- In his last five starts, Lopez has put forth a 14-for-22 showing with eight home runs and 17 RBIs while slashing .636/.692/1.727. With his four home runs on Wednesday, he moved into a tie for 10th place in NCAA with 12 total homers on the season.

- The Bluejays come into the weekend series undefeated at home (9-0) while winning 11 of their last 13.
