WASHINGTON – Georgetown University baseball's Connor Peek was named to the BIG EAST weekly honor roll, as announced by the league office in New York on Monday. The award comes after a 1-2 week for the Hoyas at North Carolina A&T State. The honors mark the Blue & Gray's eighth recognition from the league and Peek's second nod this season.
CONNOR PEEK (GRADUATE STUDENT / INF / SUDBURY, MASS.) - BIG EAST HONOR ROLL
- Peek led the charge in the series opening win against North Carolina A&T with three hits, three runs scored and five RBIs.
- The Sudbury, Massachusetts native scored six runs on the weekend with six hits that included three doubles and a home run.
- This is Peek's second accolade from the league this season and second in his career.
