WASHINGTON – Sophomore
Megan Gormley was named to the All-BIG EAST Women's Golf team as announced by the league offices on Tuesday. Gormley is one of seven to be named to the all-conference squad. The selections were made by the league's head coaches, who were not permitted to vote for their own players.

MEGAN GORMLEY (SOPHOMORE | PALOS VERDES ESTATES, CALIFORNIA | PALOS VERDES)
- Gormley turned in a fourth-place performance at the BIG EAST Women's Golf Championships last month with a 2-under par 214 (72-69-73) over the three-day event.
- The sophomore's 214 tied for second for an individual in a 54-hole event and is also a program best at a BIG EAST Championship.
- The California native posted a 75.67 stroke average for the 2021-22 year. She posted six top-20 finishes in 10 tournaments and her fourth-place finish at the BIG EAST Championships was a season best.
- Gormley becomes the 25th Hoya to earn All-BIG EAST honors and the first since the 2018-19 season.
