WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's Will Bowen was selected to the BIG EAST Men's Lacrosse Weekly Honor Roll, as announced by the league office on Monday.
 
Bowen led the Hoya defense in a 9-7 setback against then-No. 11/10 Penn on Saturday in the 2023 home opener. He was credited with three caused turnovers on the day and held Sam Handley, the reigning USILA Midfielder of the Year and Tewaaraton Award finalist from a year ago, to just one goal and one assist on the day. Two of Bowen's caused turnovers were directly against Handley after marking him one-on-one all game and Handley's assist was registered when Bowen was not on the field.
