WASHINGTON – Georgetown softball is at home this weekend with a three-game BIG EAST Conference series against Creighton. The Hoyas and the Bluejays will face off at Washington Nationals Youth Academy with games at 3 p.m. on Friday, April 14, 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 15, and 11 a.m. on Sunday, April 16. Saturday will also be Youth Day featuring t-shirts and games for fans eighth grade or younger.

- The Blue & Gray (11-24, 5-7 BIG EAST) defeated Coppin State 1-0 on Wednesday with Brooke Plonka pitching a GU record 15 strikeouts for a perfect game, the first in program history.
- Cameron Kondo leads the Hoyas at the plate, batting .310 with 31 hits, four doubles and 11 home runs this season.
- Mae Forshey touts 30 hits this season, including seven doubles, one triple and three home runs for an average of .278.
- Julia Parker has been solid for the Hoyas with 62 strikeouts over 26 appearances in the circle.

- Natalie Puchino has 10 wins to her name from the circle and boasts a 3.14 ERA with 83 strikeouts on the season.
- The Bluejays are coming off a win on Tuesday over Omaha 5-3 and a series against DePaul, in which they won two of their three games.
