WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University men's golf team is set to close out the Fall 2024 season at Kilmarlic Golf Club in Powells Point, North Carolina. The three-day, par-71, 6,554 yard tournament, scheduled for October 20-22, will follow a three-round format featuring teams from 14 schools. Hoya Lineup
- Georgetown will travel with five student-athletes for this week's competition.
- In their last outing, the Hoyas placed 3rd out of 12 teams at the 40th Annual Georgetown Intercollegiate, posting a 54-hole score of 882.
- CJ Winchenbaugh will take the top spot. The freshman took third place at the Georgetown Intercollegiate. Winchenbaugh finished with rounds of 78, 75, and 76, ending the tournament at 13-over par.
- Team captain Max Hutter will compete in the two spot. Hutter has maintained a 74-stroke average across three events this season.
- Barnes Blake is set to play in the three spot, currently holding a 73-stroke average for the season.
- Carsten Judge placed 19th overall at the Georgetown Intercollegiate earning him the four spot heading into the final event of the season. Judge posted scores of 78, 69 and 75.
- Senior Jacob Finard will make a return to the lineup in the five spot
About the Tournament
- The event will feature 13 other institutions with Drake University, Drexel University, LaSalle University, Longwood University, Maryland-Eastern Shore, Murray State University, Old Dominion University, Robert Morris, Saint Francis University, St. Bonaventure, Saint. Joseph's, University of Nebraska at Omaha, and University of North Dakota.
- Teams will tee off each morning of competition from #1 and #10. Tee times for Sunday and Monday morning will begin at 8:30 a.m. and run til 10:36 a.m. Tee times for the final round on Tuesday morning will start at 8 a.m. and run until 10:06 a.m.
