WASHINGTON – Junior Cara Martin was named the BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week after a 1-0-1 week for GU. Martin made one save against Butler and one save against St. John's while helping the Hoyas secure their ninth shutout of the season. Senior Eliza Turner earned a spot on the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll after netting two for GU last week.

• Martin had another strong week in goal for the Hoyas playing 90 minutes across two games without allowing a goal.
• The junior made two saves on the week and contributed to GU's ninth shutout of the season, a mark that ranks tied for first nationally.
• This is Martin's second honor of the season and her first selection as goalkeeper of the week this season.

• Turner was once again sensational for Georgetown tallying two goals in two games this week.
• The senior netted the late equalizer against Butler on a penalty kick and converted a free kick on Sunday tallying her sixth goal in the past seven games.
• This is Turner's second honor of the season as she was named BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week on September 16.
