Men’s Tennis competes at ITA All-Americans and Commander-In-Chief Challenge

WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University men's tennis team competed at both ITA All-Americans and at the Commander-In-Chief Challenge this past weekend. ITA All-Americans were held in Tulsa, Oklahoma while the Commander-In-Chief Challenge was played in Arlington, Virginia. 

Jake Fellows put up a 1-1 record at ITA's, dropping his first match but following up with a win in his consolation match. Jake was victorious against Filip Apltauer of defending National Champions, TCU. He swept both sets, winning both sets 6-4.

Burke Pablo (GU) def. Alec Fritzinger (AF), 6-4, 6-2

Dean Rostom (GU) def. Alan Ton (ARMY), 6-3, 6-1

Up Next: Men's tennis will have a bye week before returning to action the following weekend, October 4-6 as both the men's and women's team will head to Richmond University for the Rivercity Invite.
