WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University women's basketball team will make the short trip to Fairfax, Virginia to battle the George Mason University Patriots on Friday evening at EagleBank Arena. The opening tip is scheduled for 7 p.m., and the game will be broadcast live on the ESPN+.

• The Patriots (2-1) are coming off an 88-40 win over Florida A&M on Monday evening.
• Zahirah Walton finished with 14 points, eight rebounds, two steals and two blocks while Kennedy Harris added 15 points and Mary Amoateng had 10 points in the game.
• Sara Blair finished with 13 rebounds to lead the squad.
• Three Patriots were named to the 2025-26 A-10 Preseason teams as Walton and Harris were named to the Preseason First Team and Hawa Komara was named to the Preseason Second Team.
