WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University men's tennis team defeated the DePaul Blue Demons, 4-2 in the BIG EAST Championship Quarterfinals at the Fitness and Tennis Center in Cayce, South Carolina. With the win, the Hoyas improve to 9-12 while DePaul ends its season at 13-11. The No. 5 Hoyas will play No. 1 St. John's on Saturday afternoon.

The Hoyas were able to pick off two matches in doubles, with the duos of Jake Fellows/Arthur O'Sullivan (No. 1) and Akira Morgenstern/Adhvyte Sharma (No. 2) picking up the wins. In singles matches, Fellows (No. 1), Arthur O'Sullivan (No. 2) and Sharma (No. 5) all picked up the wins to secure a bid to the BIG EAST Semifinals.
