WASHINGTON – Georgetown's women's rowing program made a strong impression on the 2025 Patriot League All-League Teams, with senior Jordan Keene earning First Team honors and fellow senior Julia Ashton landing a spot on the Second Team.
Keene played a key role in Georgetown's 1V8 boat, which earned a bronze medal with a time of 6:52.805. Ashton was instrumental in the women's 2V8 boat's historic victory, helping the crew secure first place in the grand final, the program's first-ever top finish in an eight at the Patriot League Championships.
"We are thrilled to have Jordan Keene named to the First All League Team and Julia Ashton to the Second All League Team. As graduating seniors, both of these student athletes have contributed significantly to the success of the team for the past four years. This past championship, Jordan and the 1V8 earned the first ever bronze medal at the championship in their category and Julia Ashton assisted in earning the program's first ever gold medal in an eight/the 2V8 category. Both of these student athletes will be missed in the coming year but their legacy will last for years to come." - Head Coach Kendall Mulligan
