WASHINGTON – A total of 13 Georgetown University student-athletes have officially qualified for the 2026 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field East First Round. The four-day regional meet, hosted by the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky, is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, May 27.
The field for each individual event consists of the region's top 48 declared competitors. To advance to the final site of the national postseason, athletes must secure a top-12 finish in their respective events next weekend. Those who qualify will move on to compete at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon, next month.
