NEW YORK – Sophomore Abby Droner and graduate student-athlete Reiley Fitzpatrick were named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, as announced by the league office on Monday. The duo helped lead the Hoyas to a commanding 4-1 victory over Fordham on Thursday to open the 2026 season.

• Droner led the Hoyas with five points in the season opener, recording two goals and an assist in Georgetown's 4-1 victory over Fordham.
• The Chatham, New Jersey native scored two goals on four shots, putting all four of her attempts on target for a perfect 1.000 shot-on-goal percentage.
• Droner recorded her first multi-goal game of her career, scoring both of her goals in the second half, including the game's third and fourth goals to help GU pull away from the Rams.

• The graduate goalkeeper helped the Hoyas control the match defensively, limiting the Rams' opportunities throughout the contest.
• Fitzpatrick opened the season with a victory between the posts as the Hoyas moved to 1-0-0 on the season.
