WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University women's rowing team competed in the Eastern Sprints, held on the Cooper River in Camden, N.J. over the weekend.
Georgetown's Open Varsity 8+ had a time of 7:01.84 and included Libby Hambleton, Kelsey Wilson, Sydney LeGuyader, Lindsey Bragg, Erin Carter, Meg Ginivan, Dasha Ryaboshapka, Amanda Savage and Taylor Dana.
The Open Second Varsity 8+ finished in a time of 7:18.29 and included Danielle Valle-Fitzgerald, Jackie Fogarty, Marissa Morgan, Lauren Abrams, Angela Nelson, Alex Guyton, Molly McShea, Katherine Farrell and Anika DeVolder.
The Hoyas' boat of Lindsay Weil, Isabel Aguirre, Katherine Bruce, Madeline Sarason and Isabel Baker were all part of the Open Third Varsity 4+ and finished ahead of GW in 8:22.78.
In the lightweight competition, the Varsity 8+ boat finished ahead of Bucknell and MIT in a time of 6:48.79 and included Juliana Pugliese, Hannah Kittel, Erin Landy, Morgan McGovern, Kayla McNeil, Jacqueline Pasulka, Kate Finnerty, Alex Vezina and Laura Donaldson.
The Lightweight Second Varsity 8+ finished in third place in a time of 7:04.74 was made up of Victoria Stulgis, Maggie Girard, Lili Meyer, Erin Fenton, Emily Fink, Katharine Thompson, Margi Emhof, Maggie Guzikowski and Claudia Dailey.
The Lightweight Varsity 4+ posted a time of 8:44.71 and included Jules McLaughlin, Brennen O'Rourke, Allie Doughty, Ani Zotti.
