WASHINGTON - Georgetown University softball freshman pitcher Anna Brooks Pacha (Houston, Texas/St. John's School) was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday. It is her first weekly honor roll selection of the season.

The Blue & Gray continued BIG EAST Conference play this past weekend with an away series at Seton Hall. Pacha continued her impressive season on the mound by going 1-1 on the weekend and only allowing two runs in 13 innings of work. She continued her reign as the BIG EAST's leader in strikeouts by adding 21 to her total, leaving her at 143 for the season which ranks 26th nationally. Her three wins in conference play are also tied for the league lead.
