Baseball Signs Seven to National Letters of Intent

WASHINGTON – Georgetown University Baseball Head Coach Pete Wilk has announced the signing of seven student-athletes to National Letters of Intent (NLI). The seven student-athletes, who hail from six different states, will join the Hoyas next fall as members of the Georgetown Class of 2023.
 
"We're thrilled to bring this group onto the Hilltop," Wilk said. "We added some big-time pitchers and also brought in two guys who have a chance to play early in their careers. Overall, I am really excited about the athleticism and character of these seven young men."

Three-year starter at Park Hill South High School, being named a team captain for his senior year … Helped lead Park Hill South to the district championship game as a junior, starting the championship game … Also a three-year starter and captain of the football team, earning all-conference, all-district and all-state honors … In the classroom, has been named academic all-state each of his first three years … Cousin, Steve Beuerlein, was a quarterback in the NFL for 15 seasons.
