In a three-game series at Campbell last weekend, freshman
Tony Barreca (Long Grove, Iowa / North Scott) led the Hoyas with a .429 (3 for 7) batting average, including a double, and had a pair of RBIs.
Ryan P. Davis (Oak Hill, Va. / Oakton) batted .400 (4 for 10) with two RBIs and
Kai Nelson (New York, N.Y. / Fieldston) also had four hits, including one of Georgetown's four home runs on the weekend.
On the season, Davis leads the Blue & Gray with a .375 (6 for 16) batting average.
Eddie McCabe (Norwalk, Conn. / Norwalk) has team highs of eight hits and four RBIs, and is tied with Nelson for the team lead with five runs scored.
George Washington enters the Wednesday's game with a 3-3 record, after sweeping Saint Peter's at home over the weekend. Greg Anderberg leads the Colonials with a .353 (6 for 17) batting average while Tyler Hix is hitting .345 (10 for 29) with six extra base hits and 14 RBIs.

Following Wednesday's contest, the Hoyas will travel to Florida for their annual eight-game, 10-day spring break trip. Georgetown will start the trip with three games at the Westin Lake Mary Stetson Invitational, hosted by Stetson in DeLand, Florida, where the squad will face Sacred Heart (Friday, March 1), Stetson (Saturday, March 2) and St. Louis (Sunday, March 3).
