WASHINGTON – The Georgetown track & field team clinched 11 total nods to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team. The women's squad secured six nods while the men added another five honors. The 11 is the third-best in the BIG EAST Conference behind Villanova and UConn. Additionally, both the men's and women's teams were named all-academic squads.
 

• For the women, six Hoyas were named all-academic in Sami Corman, Charlotte Dannatt, Maggie Donahue, Alie Fordyce, Mary Hennelly and Cathilyn McIntosh.
• The men's team tallied three all-academic individuals in Robert Brandt, Matthew Payamps, Jack Salisbury, Parker Stokes and Jack Van Scoter.
• Brandt, Salisbury and Stokes were all named First Team All-Americans by the USTFCCCA, denoting a finish among the top eight, following the outdoor season, with Brandt earning a pair of All-America honors, both to the first team.  Corman earned honorable mention distinction following the outdoor championships.
• Georgetown's 11 total nods ranks third in the BIG EAST behind Villanova (16) and UConn (14).
• To be named an individual all-academic standout by the USTFCCCA, a student-athlete must maintain a GPA of 3.25 or higher and must have finished the indoor regular season ranked in the national top 96 in an individual event or ranked in the national top 48 (collective listing) in a relay event.
• Both the men's and women's squads were named all-academic alongside seven other league institutions to earn the nod.
• In order to be named an all-academic team, a program must have at least a 3.00 cumulative team GPA.
