Box Score OMAHA, Neb. - The Georgetown University baseball team fell 14-2 in its series finale to the Creighton Bluejays at Charles Schwab Field Omaha on Sunday afternoon. GU dropped to 19-13 overall and 2-4 in BIG EAST play while the Bluejays jumped to 18-8 while moving to 3-0 in conference action.

HOYA HIGHLIGHTS
- Ubaldo Lopez extended his hitting streak to eight with a single in the first inning and drove in one of the two Hoya runs.
- Tony Barreca went 2-for-4 on the afternoon with a pair of singles and a run scored.
- Ethan Stern registered an RBI in the contest while Andrew Bergeron recorded one tally.
- Matthew Sapienza kept the Hoyas in the game with his six-inning performance, striking out three along the way.
- Bergeron, Michael Eze and Andrew Ciufo all recorded one hit in the contest.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Both teams were held off the board through the first three frames before Creighton jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the fourth.
- The Hoyas delivered two runs in the top of the fifth with Lopez and Stern producing back-to-back sacrifice flies to cut the Creighton lead to one (3-2).
- The Bluejays scored 11 unanswered runs over the final four innings before knocking off the Hoyas 14-2.
