Hoyas Take on Temple and La Salle

WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University field hockey team will travel to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to take on BIG EAST opponent Temple on Friday, September 30 at 4 p.m. before its road date with La Salle University on Sunday, October 2 at 11 a.m.

  • The Hoyas are coming off a 0-2 weekend which saw them fall to Providence College and Rider University.
  • Vivienne Trumpbour leads the Hoyas in points this season with 11 off of four goals and three assists.
  • Emma Van Der Veen and Elena Leahy are tied for the team lead in assists with four each.
  • Reigning BIG EAST Defensive Player of The Year Ciara Weets has 69 saves this season.
